PLACING YOUR ORDER

Our process is simple, hassle free and always completed on time. We will work with you to meet all your needs and are always available for further guidance along the way.
- You must select your design or you can work with us to create your own custom piece. You must then provide a deposit of 50% in order to place your order for materials.
- Shortly afterwards, we would expect your content or wording via email. Up to 4-6 weeks for delivery is required from the time your wording has been submitted. Once wording is received, an electronic mock-up of your layout(s) will be emailed back to you.
- At this time, you will make any changes or corrections to your content before the file is sent to print. You may send the file back and forth as many times as you require changes to be made until your layout is perfect. Once you are completely satisfied with your file, we will confirm your selections (colours and quantities) a final time.
- Once you have given your approval to print, we will proceed to print your invitations. No changes or corrections can be accepted at this time. From this point, your invitations will be ready within 4 weeks. You will be contacted to arrange a pick-up date and time.
- Upon delivery of your invitations, your remaining 50% balance will be due. If shipping is required, please allow 5 business days and associated shipping charges.

Typical wedding etiquette suggests sending your invitations out 8-12 weeks before the wedding. Please allow 4-6 weeks prior to this to complete your order. To order additional invitations after picking up your order, please allow 2 weeks and associated express processing fees.
Orders are accepted in increments of 5, with a minimum order of 30 invitations. For re-orders, there is a minimum order requirement of 25 invitations.
Menus, programs, table numbers and place cards require a minimum order or 20
